Are all the items listed on this store official licensed merchandise?
Yes. We only retail official licensed merchandise of the teams represented in our store and all products are authentic licensed products.
What is the standard Sizing Chart of Apparel Products?

All sizes mentioned in the store will be US/UK sizes. Please note US/UK size is usually one size bigger than India sizes. Certain products like official jerseys maybe manufactured in India and have sizes printed according to Indian size measurements. When listing on the store and shipping orders, we'll correlate these to US/UK sizes - for example, an item listed as Small size in our store, will correspond to an India Medium size. Unless specified as ‘Women’s’ fit, all other products are Unisex.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in the following ways:
- Log in using your username and password at FandomCricket.com. However this order status is different from the shipment tracking # which will provide you the up-to-date tracking of your shipment (please see question below)
- You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with the tracking #, sent to the email ID you provided either during registration or checkout (if you’re not a registered user) as soon as the order has shipped
*Tracking information may not be updated online in the respective carrier website for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse
When will my order arrive?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipment tracking# (once available) will provide you an accurate estimate of the delivery date. Please note that some items may have an additional lead-time for shipping based on availability.
Can I cancel my order?
An order cannot be cancelled. Once confirmed, all orders will be fulfilled as specified in the order and any refunds/exchanges are subject to the terms of the Returns/ Refunds and Exchanges policy (details below).
Can you ship a single order to multiple addresses?
All items in one order can currently only be shipped to a single address. If you need different items to be sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for them and the shipping addresses accordingly.
When and how can I track my shipment?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s online package tracking page as soon as the order has shipped and left the warehouse. Orders placed on www.fandomcricket.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Billing Charges And Payment
Is the charge presented in my order confirmation invoice final? Can there be any additional charges?
All billed charges are final as confirmed during your order confirmation. The final charge billed includes all applicable taxes, shipping and handling. There shall be no additional charges billed to the customer unless you specifically request any changes to your order (such as change the shipping address/ option) that could result in additional charges.
What payment options are accepted on www.FandomCricket.com?
We currently accept the following forms of Payment:

How are taxes calculated?
Taxes within the US are calculated based on NV Sales Tax rates.
How are shipping rates calculated?
We charge flat-rate shipping (separate tariffs for US and International (outside U.S.) shipping) as we use one of multiple carriers depending on the product ordered, location to be shipped to and the shipping option chosen. Certain shipping zones involve additional 'handling charges' (that will be presented at check-out).
Returns/Refunds & Exchanges
Any item to be eligible for Refund/Exchange must be returned to and received by us within 15 days of original delivery.
Not all items are eligible for refunds/exchanges. Any item less than $15 unit cost is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all tags still intact, to be eligible for refund/exchange. Items that are damaged, stained or having any sign of wear will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Please see below for detailed eligibility criteria and conditions for Refunds/Exchanges.
To initiate a refund/exchange,email email@example.com. Please be prepared to supply the Customer Service representative with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number.
Unless an item was received damaged or the incorrect item was sent, the buyer will have to bear the cost of shipping for returning the item. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you call.
If a returned item is found eligible for refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned product.
All shipping and handling charges and any other special charges billed to the buyer are non-refundable. If a returned item(s) is eligible for refund, only the original billed price of returned item(s) and applicable tax charge shall be refunded. Alternately, the buyer may choose to obtain store credit for the calculated refund amount, that will be valid for purchases on the store for a period of 365 days from the date of issue of the store credit.
Please note that your bank may institute additional time for the credit to appear in your account. In the case of exchanges, product(s) will be shipped within 7-14 days of us receiving the returned product.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by buyer (unless if an item was damaged when received by buyer or an incorrect item was shipped to buyer). We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS with Tracking or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment so you can track the delivery of your package.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be returned in new condition (before any use) in original packaging with all tags still intact
- Individual items purchased for under $15 unit cost are not eligible for return or exchange
- Item must not be damaged, stained or have any sign of wear
- We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange if an item does not meet the above criteria
How are exchange rate conversions handled?
Prices of all products listed on our store are listed only in USD and the billing to your credit card or any other payment method will be processed by us only in USD. Your credit card company or applicable payment provider will internally convert the charges to local currency. If you have questions on exchange rates used for the currency conversion, please contact your credit card company/ payment provider.
Are all products available for International Shipping?
Some products may not be eligible for International Shipping. If ineligible, the restriction will be noted so in the Product Description.
